What it means to be a Christian
• Recap the Gospel o Lost in Sin o Saved by Grace o Accessed by obedient Faith • Conviction of Mind • Trust of Heart • Surrender of Will
• Steps of Obedient Faith o Hear the Message o Believe in the Savior o Repent of past Sins o Public confession of Christ o Baptism into Christ o Faithful unto death
• A Reminder of some Benefits (two lessons) o UNIFY - relationship with God and His people (no more isolation) o EDIFY - discipleship in God's school (no more ignorance) o GLORIFY - worship before God's throne (no more barriers) o SUPPLY - usefulness in God's service (no more under-appreciation) o MULTIPLY - sharing of God's salvation (no more purposelessness)
